The balance changes update, 1.43 (and Hardship Nail moving to 1.50)

Okay, so I happened to play a dozen or two daily seeds (and tried to go beyond depth 4, while playing without Polar Star or Nemesis) every day while updating some other projects and I had unfortunately discovered how underpowered or overpowered certain equipment pieces are in Doukutsu Randamu. So here is a gist of changes:
- 1.43 will be instead balance changes update, hoping to touch the majority of equipment (weapons and equippable items) in the game, making them better in terms of power.
- Hardship Nail will instead be 1.50 (yeah, biggy number), to signify its importance in lore and difficulty balance.
Yeah, this is not update announcement, but I wanted to tell everyone about this change of plans.
Here is a table of me testing the change for Machine Gun to have 2x less firerate but almost 2x damage.
