Difficulty Spike update

Update 1.37 (Difficulty Spike) will feature many changes related to game's difficulty.
- New second campaign, taking place at next 10 floors after Doctor, with 5 new enemies and 6 new bigger bosses! Take Red Crystal with yourself and face something of a greater evil deep below!
- Rework to refill stations, making them much less cheesy!
- Code optimizations to make saved data take less space!
- Buffs to underused items, such as shields.
- Misc art updates, done by AsperDev and Taiki.
- Difficulty options!
