Update 1.45.2 (Harder Loyalty Patch)

This small patch fixes up another bag of issues reported over few past months, while buffing few underpowered items and tweaking Resonant difficulty's mimics.

Edit: Revision 1.45.2.3 has been uploaded, fixing boss immunity frames for real.
Edit: Revision 1.45.2.2 has been uploaded, fixing Curly not spawning with her own item and actually fixing some issues, that were unresolved by previous updates.
Balance changes:
- Buffed Spur:
- removed damage nullify on first hit for both tail and base, but increased static immunity frames from 2/1 to 10/5
- the beams now last significantly longer
- increased main bullet's base damage from 4/8/12 to 4/9/13
- decreased trail bullet's base damage from 3/6/11 to 2/3/5
- increased charge time from 60/90/260 frames to 70/100/275 frames
- Buffed Machine Gun:
- decreased bullet speed by 1.5x, but increased range by 1.5x (distance stays the same)
- bullets can now actually hit things more consistently!
- Buffed Gatling Gun:
- same speed reduction as Machine Gun
- increased amount of bullets from 1-3/1-5/1-7 to 1-6/2-11/3-16
- Buffed Frontier Buster lvl3:
- increased damage from 2 to 4
- made bullet's immunity frames local
- Buffed Destruction Catalyst:
- now makes Nemesis's hitbox bigger and make it deal more damage, but gives it local immunity frames
- Reduced Nuclear Stomper's DPS by half
Misc:
- Increased version of save files and rankings by 1.
- Improved an Improved Map System's frame (satisfies #174).
- Tweaked mimics:
- now can be detected by shooting their invulnerable body from distance
- increased their HP to compensate
Bugfixes:
- Fixed non-functional custom immunity frames on map bosses.
- Refactored spawning code for allies to fix ally despawning (fixes #167).
- Added mimics into Improved Map System (fixes #168).
- Fixed TSC thing for Sandy Chamber yet again (fixes #169).
- Fixed Ballos's phase 1 rework messing up Reinforced's Mecha Sue fight (fixes #170).
- Capped dashing speed at 7.85 pixels/frame cap (fixes #171).
- Added a hard cap for save point failsafe (fixes #172).
- Fixed seeds being incorrectly shown and saved (fixes #173). This is not retroactive.
- Tutorial menu option can no longer be viewed during boss fights (fixes #176).
- Removed the floor from run ending cutscenes (fixes #178).
